Narcissistic Abuse

Narcissistic Abuse Recovery

Research shares a concerning reality: therapists often fail to identify pathological narcissism. This highlights a critical gap in therapeutic practice and understanding, underscoring the need for specialised training and awareness among mental health professionals.

Experiencing narcissistic abuse can feel isolating, invalidating, and profoundly lonely. Victims frequently find themselves trapped in a cycle of confusion and self-doubt, struggling to voice their experiences or seek help.

In response, we developed the C-L-E-A-N-S-E © framework—a structured, seven-session program that guides clients from confusion to clarity, pain to empowerment, and hurt to healing. This transformative pathway offers a lifeline from the damaging effects of narcissistic abuse, providing the essential support and tools for lasting recovery.

Our approach is specifically designed to address the unique challenges faced by victims of pathological narcissism. The C-L-E-A-N-S-E © framework integrates psychoeducation, neuroscience, cognitive behavioural therapy, contemporary research, and a deep understanding of both trait and pathological narcissism. This empowers our clients to recognise their worth, set healthy boundaries, and rebuild a life on their own terms.
